I've no idea what they expect. What do they expect when they are on the "Service" tab, and click on a item on there? That offers no warning either.

In the future I plan also to add the option to "Add to service" as well. At this stage there will need to be some means to distinguish the actions and so the outcome will hopefully become clearer.
