  João Ferreira de Almeida sample bible crashing OpenLP

Bug description:
  Importing the Portuguese sample bible
  ("Jo_o_Ferreira_de_Almeida_Atualizada.sqlite") crashes OpenLP, with
  the following error in the log:

  DatabaseError: (DatabaseError) database disk image is malformed
  u'PRAGMA table_info("metadata")' ()

  The line where the error trips is /openlp/plugins/bibles/lib/db.py",
  line 121

  This is happening in build 1570. I'm unable to test in 1.9.5. There is
  no error message for the user, and the program silently exits.
  Removing the sqlite file restores OpenLP to working order.
