  Display tag description of protected tags are not translated

Bug description:
  Hello,

  The display tag descriptions (Red, Underline, ...) of protected tags
  are not translated/translatable. (Consequently the menu entries in the
  "song editor" and "custom editor" are not translated/translatable.)
