1) Make sure your theme level is set to "Global" (Settings -> Themes)
2) Restart OpenLP

Now you see a combo box in the service manager (it shouldn't be there).

3) Go to the settings and just click "Save".

You see that the combo box disappeared (which is right).

In other words:
When the Theme Level is set to Global, the combo box should be hidden. Only when the Theme Level is set to Song or Service, it should be visible.

(The other bug is already fix.)

Bug description:
  If OpenLP is configured to Global Themes level, then on initial load
  the Theme Switcher at the top of the Service Manager is visible. This
  should be hidden. Note it is hidden if you later change the theme.
