In the "Select Book Name" dialog, on all the foreign Bibles I tried, the Book I wanted was the first/next in the list. Could it therefore default to this, rather than a blank one? 
It could save a fair few clicks...

Also I think I'm a little worried about the inability to go back to an old version of OpenLP once the upgrade is complete. I.e. They upgrade to 1.9.6 and convert Bibles. Something we missed in testing doesn't work for them, so they go back to 1.9.5 and they've lost their Bibles since new ones don't open in old versions. I know it's not desirable to leave the old files in the Bibles folder, but I'm wondering whether the user could be prompted for a folder to back them up to, and to copy them there before the process begins?
