The proposal to merge lp:~j-corwin/openlp/bug-780026 into lp:openlp has been updated.

Description changed to:

Fix problems with remembering blank/hidden state when starting up, and with the startup logo flashing briefly on the screen. Also fix the Show blank warning box.

Fix toolbox appearing on the media manager when it's associated plugin is inactive.

Also, I've made the override display act like a dual display on startup. I.e. it appears. 
This is to help properly emulate dual screens, which I think was it's intent. However if people think this is a really bad idea, I'll put it back...

(If not using override, but Monitor 1 is your display monitor, it will continue to not appear on startup as before. )
