Bug description:
  I start OIpenlp  (bzr1615)

  Plug in the 2nd monitor

  Openlp gives traceback

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "D:\OpenLP_Code\Trunk\build\pyi.win32\OpenLP\outPYZ1.pyz/openlp.core.ui.screen", line 109, in screen_count_changed
  UnboundLocalError: local variable 'number' referenced before assignment

  Running Win7 (64 bit).  Superfly states problem also occurs on Linux

  This problem started with build 1605, it does not occur in build 1601
