Upgrades ASV.sqlite fine, but a file called old_database_ASV.sqlite is left behind in %appdata%\openlp\data\bibles folder. 
I'm guessing it is this file it attempts to upgrade (again) next time you start OpenLP.

  Bible-upgrade wizard keeps running

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Just installed bzr-1615.  Openlp start, Bible upgrade wizard runs to
  completion.

  Close OpenLP and restart.

  Bible-upgrade wizard starts again.  This time in the Bible selection
  window is the message

  "This Bible exists.  Please change the name or uncheck it."

  In all cases I selected "There's no need to backup my files".

  I only have one bible installed.

  openlp bzr-1613 works correctly.
