What did it look like before? On Windows the shaded items are a very
light grey, not dark grey and are consistent across all plugins.

Not sure why it would be changed, unless setting the parent has caused
it to inherit an alternate-background-color style from somewhere, but
then I don't know why it would affect some but not the others.

Bug description:
  Incorrect shading was introduced to all plugins except bibles and songs.
  This was introduced in branch 1594.
  The alternate lines on the lists are now dark gray only for plugins and this is not representative of the rest of the UI.
