Songs and Bibles look like ThemeManager on the RHS.
ServiceManager also matches ThemeManager.

I looked at the 1594 diff and could not see anything obvious as to why
unless it was a latent bug triggered by the changes.

Bug description:
  Incorrect shading was introduced to all plugins except bibles and songs.
  This was introduced in branch 1594.
  The alternate lines on the lists are now dark gray only for plugins and this is not representative of the rest of the UI.
