Title:
  "Replace Background" is reset when sending an item live but there has
  not been sent an item live before

Bug description:
  Hello,

  xubuntu 11.04, trunk 1630

  1) Start OpenLP
  2) Go the Media or Image tab in the Media Manager
  3) Select a media file/image and press the "Replace live background" button
  4) Go to the songs tab and send a song live

  Result:
  The live background is reset and the song/service/global theme is used.

  Expected:
  The live background should not be reset.

  Note: This only happens when there was not sent an item live before
  (-> after starting OpenLP).
