  If global theme level, theme combo box in service manager should be
  hidden

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If OpenLP is configured to Global Themes level, then on initial load
  the Theme Switcher at the top of the Service Manager is visible. This
  should be hidden. Note it is hidden if you later change the theme.
