  Disabled song imports are enabled if go next then back in import
  wizard

Bug description:
  http://support.openlp.org/issues/197

  Look into removing the Generic document/presentation and Songs of
  Fellowship imports from the Import menu in the OS X build. These
  options both require Libre/OpenOffice and this isn't currently
  available on OS X.

  Note since 1.9.5 these options have been disabled within the wizard,
  but if you go back and forth in the wizard "Next" button is suddenly
  enabled which should not be.
