  Default theme is not labelled as default theme

Bug description:
  Hello,

  xubuntu 11.04, trunk 1636

  When I start OpenLP the default theme is not labelled as default
  theme.

  Instead of "Sea with tree" the theme name should be "Sea with trees
  (default)". However, the default theme is still used when sending a
  item live.

  Bug appears in 1632 and later.
