  change all plugin names to lower case

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Since the display name of a plugin is different than the plugin name,
  all plugin names should be lower case, thus removing the necessity of
  converting the name to lowercase during script processing.
