  Error message on SOF song import

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When trying to import from the sof3words.rtf the following error
  occurs:

  AttributeError: 'SofImport' object has no attribute 'ooo_manager'

  The progress bar will then stay at zero and no songs will be imported.
