  Songs should be able to be Cloned

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  It should be possible to clone an existing song into a new song.
  Some songs are based on others but have extra verses.  They are actually two different songs.
  Instead of having to mess with cut and past etc.
  Select and song in Media manager, right click and clone to generate an exact copy.
