Review: Needs Fixing
Can you change the tooltip strings (lines 532/538):
'Song usage is active.' to 'Song usage tracking is active.'
'Song usage is inactive.' to 'Song usage tracking is inactive.'

Also, do not forget to file a documentation bug once this is merged. (Images need to be updated, e. g. http://manual.openlp.org/glossary.html#main-window and maybe more things...)
