Title:
  Cannot change theme on selected song via Service Manager

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Repro Steps: 
  1. Make sure the themes setting is set to "Song Level"
  2. Add a couple of songs to the Service Manager
  3. Right-click on the first song, and "Change item theme" to some theme
  4. Right-click again, and preview -- song previews OK
  5. Right-click and "Show Live" -- song shows live OK
  6. Right-click on same song again, and "Change item theme" to another theme
  7. Right-click on the updated song, and preview

  Results:
  Newly selected theme is not reflected in preview.  If you right-click and "Show Live" at this point, new theme is also not reflected in "Show Live"
