  qt plugins are broken with upx on windows

Bug description:
  According to this bug report http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/376

  Qt plugins will be broken when creating a build with upx for windows.

  This could be solved by passing option  --noupx to pyinstaller when
  creating a windows build.
