This temporary work-around works:

1)  Click on Custom Slides/Add A New Custom Slide
2)  Type the Bible book name into 'Title', and NIV copyright acknowledgement into 'Credits'
3)  Click on 'Add'
4)  Copy the required translation of the book from Bible Gateway or similar and paste into the text block.  Add splits between verses if required.
5)  Click on 'Save'.
6)  Select the Theme to match that/those used in the service.  This can be changed any time by right-clicking on the custom slide and choosing 'Edit'.
7)  Click on 'Save'.
8)  For single-chapter Bible books, use the custom slide thus created in the service, instead of the normal Bible.

  Web NIV download from Bibleserver crashes if book only has 1 chapter
  eg Philemon

Bug description:
  1) Windows XP Home Edition. Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.101209-1647n(service pack 3)
  2) OpenLP 1.9.6
  3) Click on Bibles tab
       In 'Find' box select 'Scripture Reference' and type in 'Philemon 1' (or any other single chapter book)
       Select version NIV
       Select Layout style: Verse per Slide
       Click 'Search'
  4)  Program crashes with the following traceback:
