As we use VLC a fair bit which has a habit of hiding under the OpenLP
display window, we use both Blank and Hide quite frequently. As I'm not
restricted to a tiny monitor, the option to show the buttons side-by-
side would be desirable.

  RFE Separate blank buttons

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Separate the two or three choices of "blank to" on separate buttons to
  make it quickly accessible as it is in v1. I believe this will leave
  less room for error and be quicker to use a "blank to" during the
  service.
