Title:
  Attempt to save a service causes a crash when image/media/presentation
  files do not exist

Bug description:
  Hello,

  http://support.openlp.org/issues/212

  1) Move an image/media/presentation file to /tmp
  2) Open OpenLP, open the image/media/presentation file and add it/them to a service
  4) Remove the files from /tmp
  5) Try to save the service

  Solution (?):
  Ask the user if he wants to save the service without the missing files or not to save it.
