Title:
  Auto-completer does not work immediately after importing/upgrading a
  bible

Bug description:
  Hello,

  trunk, r1708, archlinux

  1) Go to the "Quick Search" Tab in the bible mediaitem
  2) Select "Scripture Reference" search.
  3) Import a bible (e. g. web bible) or upgrade an old bible database to the current format.
  4) Go to the search field and type "Gen" (or any other book name which is present in the bible)

  Result:
  The auto-completer does not suggest anything.

  Expected:
  The auto-completer should suggest book names.

  Workaround:
  Select the bible same bible you are currently using in the combo box to reload the auto-completer.

  NOTE: I have done this test without bibles and then upgraded/imported
  a bible.
