Title:
  Bibles downloaded when re-running the first time Wizard are only
  available after restarting OpenLP

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  Hello,

  1) Go to "Tools -> Re-Run First Time Wizard"
  2) Select a sample bible to download
  3) Wait until the wizard has completed the download.

  Result:
  The bible is not included in the combo boxes.

  Expected:
  The Bible should be included in the combo box.
