"This is helpful when you are using an non English bible and want to translate the book names."
This might not be necessary, see bug #822363.

Title:
No way of modifying bible metadata or changing permissions that are
displayed
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
Confirmed
Bug description:
When importing a Bible, OpenLP asks for name/copyright/permission
information. It isn't obvious what will happen to this at time, and if
for example you were to type in the whole caboodle of NIV copyright
information it looks incredibly ugly and truncated on the single line
that it displays on.
Therefore the ability to edit this meta data later is required to fine
tune it.
In addition many Bibles only require you to show the official
abbreviation for that Bible, e.g. from
http://www.zondervan.com/Cultures/en-
US/Company/Policy/Rights/NIV.htm?QueryStringSite=Zondervan
When quotations from the NIV, TNIV, NIrV texts are used in such non-
commercial media as church bulletins, orders of service, bulletin
boards, posters not offered for sale, overhead projection
transparencies not offered for sale, or similar media used in the
course of religious instruction or services at a place of worship or
other religious assembly, the following notice may be used at the end
of each quotation: (NIV, TNIV, NIrV).
So the option to only show the Bible name would be useful and not
display the copyright information.
Finally if you do manage to enter the relevant information, then it
needs to strip trailing spaces so (NIV) is shown rather than (NIV ).
