  SongUsage plugin should record printed songs, etc.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  The CCLI CopyReport asks if a song was printed and/or displayed (data
  projector). The song usage plugin currently records that a song was
  displayed.

  Request:
  Record and distinguish whether as song was printed or displayed.

  To consider:
  CCLI also offers "Christian Video Licensing International (“CVLI”)". As far as I know you do not have create a "Copy Report" for videos, but I might be wrong. However, it should be considered that the song usage report plugin is flexible/extendible enough. (But that probably should be discussed on the mailing list).
