Bug description:
  Hello,

  Due to bug #802146 and bug #818794 the "file" menu structure has
  changed (and will change respectively).

  The image http://manual.openlp.org/_images/printservice1.png on
  http://manual.openlp.org/print_service.html needs to be updated after
  (!) setting bug #802146 to "fixed released". Other images showing the
  main menu (if any exist) should be updated as well.
