Bug description:
  Hello,

  1) Re run the wizard
  2) Select a sample bible to download
  3) Go to the "Default Settings" page
  4) Click "Next"

  What happens here is, that the "Finish" and "Cancel" buttons are
  visible. The progress bar seems to be moved a bit up and the text
  ("Setting Up And Downloading", "Please wait....") at the top is not
  visible.

  However, after a few seconds this page changes as it is supposed to
  look. It is probably due to network activity (fetching the download
  size of the bible).
