  Changing Alert settings not taking effect until OpenLP restart.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Display an alert, say with position on bottom.

  Open Settings/Configure ../Alerts

  Make changes to settings,  any or all.  Save the settings.

  Display the alert.  Nothing changes.

  Restart OpenLP and display the alert.  Settings are now changed.

  Expected behavior, changes will take place without restarting.
