It is available on the context menu of the editor.
Right click and the list of tags is available.  Same withh spelling suggestions.

Bug description:
  It could be helpful for users to at least display available formatting
  tags in song editor in the 'Edit Verse' dialog.

  Otherwise user have to remember which formatting tags could be used.
