Title:
  First Time Wizard "no internet connection" message contains errors.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  When the First Time Wizard runs, and the machine has no internet
  connection, a message is displayed stating this to the user.

  In that message, the user is told "To cancel the First Time Wizard
  completely, press the finish button now."

  However, there is no "Finish" button on the page.

  A Finish button should be added.

  The message should be corrected to state:

  Press "Cancel" to cancel the wizard completely.
  Press "Finish" to "skip" the wizard and start OpenLP, telling the user the FTW can be rerun from Tools/.....
