  Display tags do not work on second slide when slide is split

Bug description:
  Hello,

  trunk r1672, xubuntu 11.04

  When I use a display tag and the slide is split somewhere between the
  start and end tag, the formatting is only correct on the first slide,
  but on the second slide the formatting is lost.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Create a song with a long verse
  2) Use one of the default display tags (e. g. make the text italics)
  3) Increase the theme font size
  4) Preview the item/send it live
