Title:
  splash screen always on top

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The (optional) splash screen shown when launching OpenLP seems to be
  set to be "Always on top". Even if another program is made active, the
  OpenLP logo remains topmost - and it cannot be moved. However, the
  Alt-Tab switcher does appear in front of the OpenLP logo (but this is
  expected for "Always on top" behavior).

  OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
  OpenLP ver: 1.9.7

  Steps:
  1. Launch OpenLP
  2. While splash screen is displayed, switch to another application such as Explorer.
  3. Expected behaviour: other application comes to front.
     Actual behaviour: OpenLP logo remains in front.
