I would like some Windows users test this.

Test build at http://builds.projecthq.biz/inno-uninstall-
OpenLP-1.9.7-bzr1775-setup.exe


Start OpenLP and run the install.  A message should popup stating OpenLP is running. 

Close OpenLP and continue with the install.

With OpenLP running, try doing an uninstall.  Message should popup.

  OpenLP uninstall with OpenLP running only removes shortcuts

Bug description:
  Start OpenLP and then minimize it.

  Run an OpenLP Uninstall.

  The un-install appears to run, but only the shortcuts are removed.

  A check should be made if OpenLP is running and the user informed (in
  the same fashion as an install).
