The nightly builds don't need to be tested. If there's a bug, there's a
bug - it's a development release, and the person installing it should be
aware of that.

  automate windows nightly builds

Bug description:
  I'm not sure, how are windows builds created now, but I suppose that a
  new build is available when somebody creates it and uploads it to the
  download area.

  Nightly builds could be automated by creating a cron job (or use any similar tool) which would periodically every night:
  - checkout bzr trunk repo
  - create windows build (linux server with wine)
  - upload it to the download area
