Actually, can you pastebin the PKGBUILD script you're using to build
this? or are you using an AUR helper?

Bug description:
  Version 1.9.7, On seperate Arch installs running KDE and one running
  GNOME, there is no OpenLP icon in the menu systems. Running either
  openlp or openlp-bzr from the AUR.
