  Error occurred when trying to report an error by email

Bug description:
  Windows 7, 64 bit, Home Premium
  OpenLP 1.9.7

  While importing a song database from OpenLP 1.0.3/1.2.9 an error occured which is then described (no attachment), then pressing the Send E-mail.
  Then this error occurs:

  UnboundLocalError: local variable 'source' referenced before assignment
