  Public Key can not be verified when isntalling from Ubuntu PPA

  New

Bug description:
  using the Ubuntu ppa (Ubuntu 11.10) I get the following error when I
  'apt-get update'

  W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net oneiric Release: The following
  signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not
  available: NO_PUBKEY 1670495EDF629112

  and I get this when I upgrade:

  WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
    openlp
  Install these packages without verification [y/N]?
