Title:
  Exported theme files are containing obsolent images

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Exported themes with solid background are still containing obsolent
  image files.

  Workflow:
  - Create a new theme with background image
  - Change background to solid color
  - Export theme as *.otz file

  The resulting archive will still contain the image file.
