Don't worry, duplicated it with an Arial 60pt on 1024x768. Seems to go wrong if the text is too long and so wraps.
At this stage not sure if there is anything we can do, since webkit is doing the outline.

  theme with outlined text and "justify" not displaying properly

Bug description:
  I have a theme in which "Outline" is checked and "horizontal align" is
  "justify".

  When the slide is displayed, the text is justified correctly but the
  outline is not.

  The outline appears to be "centered"
