  Documentation does not how to set the start and end time for Media

Bug description:
  The documentation for the service manager is missing the ability to
  set the start and end time for Media.

  Add media item to service manager

  Right click and select set start / end time.

  Edit the dialogue and save.

  Make the item live and it works
