The proposal to merge lp:~mahfiaz/openlp/csv_bible into lp:openlp has been updated.

Description changed to:

Supposedly fix BOM mess for utf-8 files. We assume no other file would begin with BOM, whatever encoding they have (they really shouldn't since BOM is used to detect unicode on Windows and at least by wiki nobody is opposed).
