[Bug 900686] Re: Media volume slider doesn't work when using phonon backend

I've tried testing this again in 1.9.8 and initially the volume slider
worked normally. After fiddling around a bit more it seems like for me,
if I change the media settings to give the phonon backend priority
(either by itself, or with a higher priority than webkit), then the
volume slider doesn't work properly for media. This only happens as long
as I keep OpenLP running after changing the media backend. If I then
restart OpenLP, then the volume slider works normally.

Title:
Media volume slider doesn't work when using phonon backend

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  OS: Kubuntu 11.10
  OpenLP: Trunk revision 1823

  Steps to reproduce:
1)First, make sure that you are using phonon to play media.
  2) Move a media item across to the service manager.
  3) Send the media item live, and start it playing
  4) Adjust the media volume slider - the sound does not change volume or mute when dragged all the way to the left

If I change the media backend to use webkit, then the media volume
  slider works as expected.
