  Wrong encoding when connecting to mysql database

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  On all platforms, bzr version 1885.

  When there is a Mysql backend set up for openlp, program uses default
  extended ascii encoding even though the mysql database is set up with
  UTF8 encoding. When connecting to Mysql UTF8 encoding should be set up
  as default.
