  Up/Down icons needed in media settings tab

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  Hello,

  In the media settings tab you can change the media player order. The
  buttons to move a player up/down do not have an up/down icon.

  Request:
  Add an up/down icon and possible move the icons to the right hand site (the up button at the top and the down button at the bottom).
  This makes the UI more intuitive.
