  Monitor selection drop down list should be disabled when "Override
  display postition" is checked

Bug description:
  Hello,

  The monitor selection drop down list in the settings dialog (general
  tab) should be disabled when the "Override Screen position" is
  checked. At least I think it should, because the override check box
  also overrides the drop down box.

  Maybe this is not a good solution; however, the problems remains,
  namely there are two options which are related to each other and/or
  override each other.
