Note the language dialog is also used on the Bible imports as well as
the upgrade wizard. (Upgrade wizard will be not so much of an issue now
as upgraded Bibles are now downloaded by default)

  Bible upgrade wizard - not localized language list

Bug description:
  When Bible upgrade wizard upgrades bible format and the language of
  Bible was not detected, then it asks the user to select the language
  of the Bible. However, this language list is not localized. With Czech
  locale I got only English language names not Czech names.

  How to reproduce:
  - set locale to any non-english
  - start openlp
  - have any non-english bible in old format
    - I had the German 'Die Elberfelder Bibel'
  - run upgrade wizard
  - the wizard won't be able detect language of Bible and will pop up a language list to user

  Tech info:
  - Mac OS X 10.7
  - build  r1868
