Bug description:
  1. Windows XP Professional
  2. 1.9.8-bzr1877
  3. 
  Start OpenLP
  Go to Settings/Configure OpenLP...
  Switch to Remote Tab
  change value for Serve on IP address:
  Accept Settingsdialog

  The new IP address is only valid after next start of OpenLP or
  disabling/reenabling the Remote Plugin
