For that case we could have this green button/icon/overlay (like in
thunderbird) to mark/swap the item's state.

Title:
Distinguish between "displayed" and "not displayed" service items
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hello,
(http://openlp.org/en/forums/general-support/development/feature-
request-make-selected-entry-service-manager-more-visible)
Currently we have the list of service items and the person controlling
OpenLP goes from one service item to the next. However, there is no
visual distinction between already "displayed" and "not displayed"
service items.
Possible solution:
#1
Make all new service items bold by default. Once displayed they should not be bold any longer. In addition we can have an icon to mark the service item as "not displayed" or "displayed". Just like you can mark emails read/unread in thunderbird (see image).
#2
As #1, but do not have an icon
#3
Just make the current service item bold
There are probably other solutions as well....
Cheers
